‘I found way to get fit with busy schedule – key is to get up at certain time’

Fitness influencer Lauren is known for sharing her journey with her fans, and in a recent post, she revealed how she’s been able to achieve results despite her busy schedule.

Are you trying to lose weight but don’t have the time or energy?

When it comes to losing weight, it can be hard to stick to an ideal routine when it comes to a busy schedule, but now one influencer has revealed how she makes it all happen. Lauren, who boasts 93,500 followers on Instagram, recently told fans how she balances her busy schedule with fitness.




The British woman often shares her journey with her fans and has previously explained how she managed to achieve results despite a part-time degree, exam season and an online coaching business. She said: “The last few months have been busy anyway and I really find exercise to be one of the biggest stress relievers!”

“The routine of my training plan helps me stay focused and use my time efficiently. Training really helps me get my mind in order.”

Talking about her mornings, Lauren says she gets her workout done at 8:30am before starting work. She hits the gym or goes for a jog at 6am and finishes a little over an hour later. Lauren adds, “Doing this early means I can finish work and get to work on my studies or online coaching assignments.”

“Getting my workout done early makes me feel more productive! Once I get the harder task done first, everything else seems so much easier! I honestly recommend this to everyone – you get those post-workout endorphins going all day,” Lauren said, talking about one of the “key elements” of her routine, saying meal prep has always helped her.

“It meant walking the dog, cooking dinner, and having time to relax in the evening and do what I want, rather than just working,” she explained. “Being stricter about socializing also really helped. I realized that in order to feel my best, I needed to prioritize work and myself for a few months.”

When it comes to training, Lauren tries to be consistent, aims to beat her personal best and “looks forward to each session”. She concludes: “In my normal life, I like to live on a schedule and have precise time management in my day.”
