I quickly turned 48 and am more exhausted than ever. Physical activity puts me in a panic and the pressure of intense work gives me a headache. Aging only makes it worse.
Recently I had to cut out sweet drinks, alcohol and fatty foods. Work stress keeps me up at night and makes me realize how much my health is declining. I get sick more often and need medicine regularly. I admit – smoking and smoking are bad habits that I couldn’t stop.

To improve my health, I decided to change my lifestyle.
I focus on eating better, exercising regularly, and reducing work pressure. I’m now having dinner at 6:30pm and prioritizing vegetables and nutritious foods while avoiding fatty meals. After that, I take my time to rest and finish the rest of my work.
I sleep from 10pm to 6am while I don’t sleep as much as I was younger. Turn your eyes for 7-8 hours. The next day, I will eliminate me without draining, stress, focus.
It also encourages others to develop healthy habits and stick to structured daily life. It makes a huge difference in both physical and mental well-being.
