She said, “If I woke up tomorrow and was 20 pounds heavier (starting at 6 pounds) and wanted to shed the weight before the holidays, this is exactly how I would do it.”
Experts say daily walks are a must

Jenna emphasized the importance of increasing the number of steps you take each day if you want to see results. she said: “I want my daily walk to be non-negotiable.
“I’m pretty busy, so I don’t plan on taking an hour walk every day. But I know I can take at least two 10- to 15-minute walks each day.”

The NHS advises thin people: ‘Walking is simple, free and one of the easiest ways to become more active, lose weight and become healthier.
“Although often overlooked as a form of exercise, brisk walking can help build stamina, burn extra calories, and make your heart healthier.
“You don’t have to walk for hours. A brisk walk of 10 minutes every day has many health benefits, as recommended in the Physical Activity Guidelines for Adults 19 to 64, and 150 minutes a week. It counts as an exercise.”

Another way women can lose weight is by getting enough sleep, weight loss experts say.
Jenna advises women to get at least seven hours of sleep each day, saying: “I try to go to bed on time every night.
