Longevity has long been fascinated. Scientists are now focusing on expanding the number of years people can live in good health.
To do this, their research honesed what is necessary to prevent cancer and other diseases during aging.
So far, genetics has been an important part of the puzzle, but it has been revealed that lifestyle choices have a major impact on health and past 80.
Social media has also become a valuable hub of insights. Users frequently share health secrets of relatives of their longest living.

One user named Dennis recently revealed the daily drinks his grandfather vowed to live in 96 without illness.
“He was very sharp until the day he died, but he never spent the day without his cup,” she told followers.
“His fridge was full of the most random vegetables, and it always contained flaxseed, chia seeds and blanc.
“It was basically just a cup full of different fibers. When I came to visit him, he really put pressure on me to drink some of it. And I did, but I was feeling nauseous.”
While this cannot guarantee longevity, the health benefits of vegetable-rich drinks like those that Dennis’ grandfather enjoyed are in part antioxidants.
These agents are important for their lifespan as they neutralize harmful free radicals in the body.

It also emphasizes the importance of avoiding smoking and limiting alcohol consumption.
Additionally, health groups advise that, wherever possible, plant-based foods should be incorporated into your diet, wherever possible, primarily to support the immune system.
Drinking enough water is also important as it helps in the production of lymph, which carries white blood cells and other immunity-boosting cells.
Additionally, spices such as cayenne pepper and turmeric are often recommended for their immunity-boosting properties.
