How Keri Russell Trains For ‘The Diplomat’: Her Workout Routine

She has a passion for riding bicycles.

Keri’s favorite workout is cycling. “I’m happiest when I’m working out,” she said. shape “You want a hit that gets everything moving, pulsating, and instantly puts you in a positive mood. After a good workout, you feel your best, your sexiest.”
