The actress loves interacting with her fans, and she followed that up on Wednesday when she hosted a “Ask me anything” session on Instagram where she answered questions from her fans and said she was sweet to everyone. gave a surprise. One of her favorite questions from her fans was, “How do you overcome fear? I think as an actor, you can get insecure at some point.” She shared her two cents on overcoming anxiety, to which Aria responded, The important thing is… something I’ve always found helpful… When you have anxiety, you usually try to hide it by trying to be okay. Therefore, the most important thing is to let yourself feel it and experience it. Because it’s just part of life’s ups and downs. ”

After revealing how to deal with anxiety attacks, Aria said: “One of the things to remember when you’re facing an anxiety attack is what I always do: focus on five things: what you can touch, what you can hear.” “In this exercise, you basically focus on your senses and try to focus on five things. If it’s just a phase, know that change is the only constant. This will change.”

What are the Five Senses Techniques Aria Butt Discusses?

The Five Senses Grounding Technique is a popular psychological strategy that helps connect or “ground” you in the present moment. They are basically a form of mindfulness that has proven effective in treating a wide range of mental health problems. This is sometimes called the 5-4-3-2-1 approach. Here’s how to practice grounding using your five senses.

You may want to try the 5-5-5 technique first, which is a simple deep breathing exercise. To complete this, you need to inhale for 5 seconds, hold your breath for 5 seconds, and exhale for 5 seconds. Keep doing this until your thoughts start to settle or you feel some comfort. Once you can breathe, try practicing the 5-4-3-2-1 technique. To do so, look around and focus on the following points:

– 5 things you see

~Four things I felt~

– 3 things you hear

– 2 things that smell like you

-One for you to taste

The idea is that the 5-4-3-2-1 technique helps you shift your focus to what is happening around you right now, rather than what is making you anxious.
