Hilary Rhoda is giving her followers a sneak peek at her workout routine in exercise wear. In a new social media post, the model is sharing a sneak peek at her workout routine while wearing a variety of tummy-baring exercise sets. βDonβt prepare, be prepared!! Itβs a lifestyle I love teaching my son the importance of moving and having fun while doing it. Heβs a really energetic little guy and itβs the best fun,β she wrote in the caption of the Instagram post.
Hillary explained self She fuels before and after her workouts: βIβll have an apple or something, but nothing too heavy. If I eat right before I work out, I feel queasy, so I have to be careful,β she says. After her workout, she drinks a Sweetgreen or Juice Press.

Hilary keeps chicken in her fridge. βWhen Iβm at home, I make chicken. The other night I made four chicken breasts, tossed them in soy sauce, Miracle Whip and Caribbean Jar Rub, put them in the broiler for 12 minutes and put them in the fridge. You can have them as a snack or add them to a salad, but itβs nice to have them prepared, otherwise sometimes it takes too long to cook and then Iβll reach for chips or something unhealthy,β she told Self magazine.
Hillary loves cycling. SoulCycleβI donβt know if I can call it a trend now because itβs been around for so long. For me, I never get bored of it. Itβs great exercise. Theyβre all over the city and they run every hour so you can go after work, before work, during your lunch break or whenever you want, which is very convenient,β she said. Elle.
βI make workouts by appointment, not optional, so I canβt really skip them. Or I tell a friend that Iβm meeting them at this location for a workout, like a spin class, so it gives me more motivation to get up. It helps because it holds me accountable and gets me mad if I donβt show up. Iβm like, βOh, I have to go,β but then I feel better afterwards,β Hilary told Elle.
