She performed hollow holds, crunches, mountain climbers, planks, and side planks. Adding dumbbells to all physical activities doubled her challenge quotient. Being the professional that Mandira is, she showed her grit and determination and made it through the tough training like a cakewalk. The 52-year-old also successfully performed a stretching exercise on his arms using a resistance band. “Exercise is a better place for me. It’s better for me. And have a better day,” she captioned the post, and we agree.
