Chris Bumstead Biceps Tear Update

“I’m trying to do a move I haven’t done in a while. I’m doing it lightly,” Bumstead told the cameras as he prepared for his first “official” arm workout since Mr. Olympia in 2022. I haven’t had any training and it feels like I’ve lifted weights for the first time, so it hurts a lot right now.
Bumstead started his workout with an off-camera warm-up before heading to the bench press station for a few sets of close-grip work. “It’s only working to about 70-80% of failures,” he said. Here are Bumstead’s exercises for the camera:
Note: Bumstead performed an EZ-Bar Biceps Curl and an Overhead Triceps Extension using rope attachments, but they weren’t caught on camera.
