Carne Asadas, or barbecue, is a staple in Mexican homes, especially in the summer. When I get home, my dad always makes steaks, ribs, and veggies. This week we’ll be grilling for a dinner full of mouth-watering summer flavors and heart-healthy foods.

You don’t have to have high blood pressure or cardiovascular disease to benefit from these heart-healthy dinners. These are nutritious recipes for anyone looking to take care of their heart and the rest of their body in a delicious way.
