1 onion
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh coriander
200g tomatoes (diced, canned)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
1 pinch of ground cumin
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 dried bay leaf
2 eggs
1 avocado
Method:
1. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings. Remove the stems and seeds from the peppers and cut them into thin strips. Cut the coriander including the stems.
2. In a large bowl, mix the onions and peppers with the diced tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with cayenne pepper, cumin powder, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Add the cilantro and bay leaf, stir, and transfer to the air fryer.
3. Bake the vegetables in the air fryer at 180℃ for 10 minutes.
4. Stir-fry the vegetables. Restart the air fryer and cook the vegetables at 160°C for another 20 minutes.
5. Remove the bay leaves from the vegetables and make them whole for each egg. Crack an egg into each hole and poach by cooking in the air fryer at 160°C for an additional 13 minutes.
6. Peel half the avocado, removing the stone. Cut the avocado into slices. Coarsely chop the coriander. Place the avocado on top of the shakshuka and sprinkle with cilantro. Enjoy with bread.

1. Tear the mozzarella cheese into small pieces. Spread half of the tomato sauce over the tortilla, leaving about 1 cm around the pizza dough. Arrange half the mozzarella cheese on top.
2. Place the tortillas in the air fryer basket and cook at 180℃ for 5 minutes. Repeat this process for the second tortilla.
3. Once baked, remove the tortillas from the air fryer and serve immediately with fresh basil and olive oil.

140g freshly baked puff pastry
220g skinless salmon fillet
40g frozen spinach
2 pinches of salt

1 egg
Method:
1. Cut the freshly baked puff pastry into 14 x 26 cm strips. Cut the salmon fillet into 10 x 5 cm blocks. Thaw and drain the spinach before using. Add spinach to the center of each pie crust. Place the salmon on top of the spinach and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2. Starting with the two long sides, fold the pastry over the salmon. Then fold the remaining two sides over to create a compact pastry package.
3. Turn the wellington right side down and use a sharp knife to cut two diagonal lines forming small diamonds on top of the pastry. Place the Salmon Wellington in the air fryer basket.
4. Whisk the egg and gently brush it over the pastry. Bake at 170℃ for 15 minutes.

Chicken breast fillet 450g
1/2 teaspoon salt

50g sun-dried tomatoes

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Method:
1. Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise, then cut into 4 equal pieces and sprinkle with salt. Dust both sides of the meat evenly with flour. Brush or spray with vegetable oil and transfer to baking accessories.
2. Place the baking accessories in the basket and slide the basket into the airfryer. Bake at 200℃ for 12 minutes.
3. For the sauce, combine cooking cream, grated Parmesan cheese, water, tomato paste, and dried oregano and mix well.
4. Open the airfryer and pour the prepared sauce evenly over the chicken. Bake at 180℃ for 10 minutes.

Method:
1. Add ground beef, bread crumbs, minced garlic, thyme, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, and mix until well combined. Shape the meatballs into 12 equal pieces.
2. Wash the tomatoes, peppers and onions and cut them into small cubes. Peel the remaining garlic. Transfer everything to a baking accessory, add the remaining olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
