‘Gym inspiration’ takes on a whole new meaning after one woman captures something unexpected while working out.

“Perspective: You accidentally spent a year recording yourself falling in love,” she captioned the video. “And then I met this boy…”

Cassidy uses an array of gym machines with help from her current boyfriend, with hands on her hips for pull-ups, shoulder relaxation, and other little gestures of affection gradually increasing throughout the video.
By the end, the two were often seen talking, sharing drinks, laughing and joking at the gym, and looking at each other with wistful expressions.
In the comments section, viewers who have followed Cassidy’s fitness journey said they’ve long seen signs in her videos.
“We’ve been telling you this all along! Best of luck,” @cozywithbrina wrote.
“Body language speaks volumes early on,” @ellenvwatermelon wrote.
“It seems like pure and sincere love,” @violaine.0 wrote. “May you be the happiest person in the world.”
Some concluded that Cassidy’s consistent gym attendance was the reason she was able to find love, but not everyone was happy with the revelation. “So now I need to go to the gym,” wrote @nomafu.n.

Cassidy’s accidental recording of their gym fling has garnered a huge audience in just a day, and people online seem to be enjoying being observers of the budding romance.
In early June, a video went viral after a Ring doorbell camera captured a gay couple’s progression from friends to lovers.
The video initially shows the pair acting as friends and laughing endlessly together, but ultimately portrays them as a couple getting increasingly physically intimate.
