Planning ahead can make eating healthy during a busy week easier and help you feel your best. But it doesn’t stop there. I’m always looking for ways to make my job easier. Made in 3 steps or less to make preparation as easy as possible. Plus, it focuses on fiber-rich ingredients to support gut health.

With pre-cooked chicken (I chose rotisserie chicken for this recipe) and microwave-safe brown rice, prep is easy and this dinner can be on the table in under 35 minutes.
