Jamie Komorowski, 25, the driver of the vehicle that struck the golf cart, was arrested and charged with three counts of DUI and one count of reckless murder. A police report released by the Folly Beach Public Safety Department said Komoroski was driving 105 mph within a 40 km/h zone at the time of the accident.
Hutchinson said he is not ready to speak to the driver at this time.
