Rob says: “Focus on hearty, warming meals like soups, stews and casseroles made with whole foods. These are nutritionally balanced and easy to digest, and these foods can be cooked in bulk. “You can save time and money.”

She added: “If you find cooking difficult, simple, nutritious meals such as adding canned beans or legumes to an omelet or fresh store-bought soup and adding a loaf of whole-grain bread may be good options. “No,” he added.
