These are undoubtedly useful, but the two notable 100 people revealed a totally different perspective. In a recent interview, they shared that the secret to longevity is not rooted in food or fitness, but in accepting life to the fullest. According to them, the key is finding joy, reading books, and fostering a happy social life.
