Florida man sues Publix, CVS, Costco; claims Adderall caused psychosis

orange county florida – A Florida man is suing multiple companies, alleging that prescription Adderall left him “mentally ill,” according to court records filed Wednesday.

WKMG According to reports in Orlando, records show the man, Robert Buckley, had prescriptions for Adderall filled by pharmacists at the following locations:

  • CVS: Orlando — 4974 N. Alafaya Trail

  • COSTCO: Winter Park — 3333 University Blvd.

  • Public Facilities: Orlando — 400 E. Central Blvd.

  • PUBLIX: Oviedo — 4250 Alafaya Trail

  • PUBLIX: Casselberry — 1455 FL-436

But the lawsuit alleges that Buckley became mentally ill after overdosing.

“Mr. Buckley suffered a psychotic overdose, was falsely imprisoned, suffered a seizure, and now has permanent injuries,” the lawsuit says.

The lawsuit also alleges that Buckley suffered injuries and “emotional distress,” and “will pay significant sums in doctor’s fees, hospitalization fees, and other directly and indirectly related expenses to alleviate her suffering.” There is an obligation.” And heal your injuries. ”

As a result, Mr. Buckley is now suing Publix, CVS, Costco, and related pharmacists.

The lawsuit accuses them of failing to provide Buckley with Adderall and holds them responsible for Buckley’s overdose.
