It started with her standing in front of a full-length mirror wearing a green sports bra and brown biker shorts, before putting on a yoga mat and performing her routine.

The 52-year-old’s first go-to exercise was 20 floor crunches.

She lay on her back with her legs hip-width apart and her hands clasped behind her head.

Dani then pushed her torso upward repeatedly until her shoulder blades no longer touched the floor, then gradually lowered her body.

Next, I worked on reverse crunches. Staying on her back, she contracted her abdominal muscles and pulled her legs to her chest, this time keeping her torso flat on the ground.

The exercise experts then performed 20 bicycle crunches, which required some coordination.

She lay flat again, lifted her feet off the floor and began a bicycle motion, then rotated her torso so that her elbow touched the opposite knee she was heading towards.
