Say goodbye to insomnia.
A fitness expert has revealed a ‘wonderful’ lifehack that helps people fall asleep in less than two minutes.
Thanks to the power of social, nap times have become more efficient.
Gone are the days when industry secrets remained secrets, thanks to social media and the need for over-sharing. Justin Agustin recently posted a video on TikTok with the caption, “Fall asleep in 2 minutes!” It happened.
Since then, the video has received over 250,000 likes and over 3.6 million views. he explained:
“This technology was developed in the military to allow soldiers to sleep anywhere and anytime, even on the battlefield where the environment is very uncomfortable and there is a lot of noise.”

He went on to explain that the technology was developed for “fighter pilots who need 100% reflexes and concentration” and that sleep deprivation degrades it.
The hack begins by going “head to toe” and relaxing individual parts to “calm the body.”
“Start by relaxing your forehead muscles,” Agustin explained. “Relax your eyes, cheeks and chin and focus on your breathing. Then go to your neck and shoulders.
“Make sure your shoulders aren’t tense. Drop your shoulders as low as possible and keep your arms at your sides, including your hands and fingers.”
Justin Agustin also shares breathing techniques to help him fall asleep
Before relaxing your chest, stomach, thighs, knees, legs, and feet, you need to “take a deep breath and exhale slowly.”
“Imagine once again this warm sensation traveling from your heart to your toes.”
You need to “free your mind from all stress” while exercising. This is easier said than done, but Agustin recommends considering one of his two scenarios: He continued:
“The first is lying in a canoe on a calm lake with only a clear blue sky. The second is lying in a black velvet hammock in a pitch black room.
“Anytime you start thinking about something else or getting distracted, repeat these words for 10 seconds. “Don’t think, don’t think, don’t think”“
“Apparently, 96% of people who master this technique actually fall asleep within two minutes of closing their eyes.”
The comments below seemingly endorse this method, with one “military kid” commenting:
In another post on a similar subject, Agustin recommends the 4-7-8 breathing technique to help you relax.
@ Justin Agustin This not only helps you fall asleep, but it also helps reduce anxiety and stress at any time. Breathwork is a great way to clear your mind and regain control. I’m counting on my fingers to show you, but you can also count in your head. Start sitting down, but you can also do it lying down as you get used to it. If you have high blood pressure, do not hold your breath as holding your breath may increase your blood pressure. Hope it helps! Please send it to someone important ♥️ #insomnia #sleepy #howtosleep #fall asleep #tired #calm down #Stress relaxation ♬ Original song – Justin Agustin
