jacksonville, florida – Fitness enthusiast aspiring to become a social media influencer wants to inspire others who may share her traumatic experiences.
About two years ago, Kylie Voss was seriously injured in a car accident in Flagler County while trying to avoid hitting another car that pulled into the driveway.
“All the bones in my face were shattered, my right collarbone was shattered, and I lost my right eye in an accident,” Boss said.
The 26-year-old Boss said he should have died from trauma to other parts of his body, but doctors told him “my muscle mass kept me alive through the coma, treatment and everything.” I said I was told.
She underwent multiple surgeries and eventually got a prosthetic eye.
“At first I wasn’t confident about my appearance, so I went to the gym at 3 and 4 am when no one was there just to make sure I got a workout that day,” Boss said. “And it helped me regain my confidence.”
