The top fitness coach revealed her favorite KFC orders under 400 calories.

For Sophie Guidolin, 33, a mother of four from the Gold Coast, ordering a ginger burger without mayonnaise reduced the serving’s calories from 408 to 380 calories.

The Body The founder said healthy takeout is a calorie-wise way to satisfy an appetite and fits in with the “flexible diet” lifestyle she advocates.

“Have you ever been stuck and craving a takeaway?” the mom said when she shared her top tip that satisfies cravings “without blowing your macros.”

“Today I’m going to show you my favorite under 400 calorie burger I ordered from KFC.”

“I ordered the ginger burger without mayo, absolutely delicious. Only 380kcal. This is KFC’s low calorie option.

The $6.45 Spicy KFC Burger typically includes a breast fillet chicken coated in ginger, lettuce, and mayonnaise.

The fitness coach says that advocating for a flexible diet “really changed” her life and now incorporates it into fitness plans she’s designed for others.

Fans liked the advice and were quick to ask for more tips on how to hack takeout to make it healthier, asking for orders from Subway, Nandos, McDonald’s, Guzman y Gomez, and sushi.

However, not everyone was impressed by the fact that Sophie took the mayonnaise out of the order.

“I’d rather eat because of the drywall,” said one man.

But another woman said she “always” orders burgers without mayonnaise and adds her own mayonnaise and sriracha at home.

*Make a secret burger sauce using 20g light mayonnaise, 10g tomato sauce, 5g American mustard, 5g pickle relish and a little white vinegar and pour over cooked pizza.

* Mix 60ml unsweetened pancake mix with 50ml buttermilk and 1/2 cup water.

*Fry the dough in a circular mold and add 2 drops of maple syrup to each griddle

・Mix 1 whole egg and 1 egg white and fry like an omelet

* Place 1 griddle on a plate, fold in the eggs, add 1 slice of bacon and smoky cheese, and place the 2nd griddle on top.

To make an “unreal” 223-calorie faux-away, start by cooking Tegel’s chicken in your air fryer, then mix 15 grams of light mayonnaise with 5 grams of chili sauce and add to a mini white wrap.

Then add the lettuce, cut the cooked chicken into tenders and place 70 grams into the plastic wrap.

The Original Supercharged Slider costs $2.95 and includes chicken tenders, lettuce, and supercharged sauce wrapped in warm flatbread. This product has 269 calories.

KFC dishes also come in BBQ and mayo pepper flavors.

Burgers are $14 for 600 grams and are nearly impossible to find in Woolworths stores or online.

“If you guys are already having these filets at Woolworths that taste exactly like Kentucky Fried Chicken, I have another menu item that’s fake for you.

Bec previously stated that the burger “tastes like KFC, but better,” and gave the product a 20/10 rating.

Tegel Takeouts’ Louisiana-style chicken burger has become a cult favorite since it was marketed as KFC’s Chicken Dupe. The $14 New Zealand product is so popular that it’s completely out of stock online and at many Woolworths.

Bec’s followers were eager to try the dish, but were frustrated by the lack of burgers.

“These burgers are hard to find! They’re sold out in north Melbourne,” said one woman.

“The patties are amazing. Everyone’s interested in them, but they’re very hard to find at half price last week.

“My husband and I have been trying to get these locally for the last four weeks, but they are either sold out or out of stock,” said a frustrated woman.

However, shoppers who were able to find burgers were very impressed.

“I had a hamburger tonight! It tasted exactly like KFC,” said one woman.
