5 You need to know the weight loss cheat code

Dan Go has listed “5 Fat Loss Cheat Codes That Actually Work.”

1. Drink water before and after meals to improve the fulfillment of each meal.

2. Follow the diet on 80/20. This includes getting 80% of the calories from the source of nutrient concentration and 20% from what you need.

3. Walk after each meal to improve your satiety and digest the meal.

4. Take L-carnitine. This has been shown to transport fatty acids into cellular mitochondria for energy production, resulting in slight weight loss.

5. It’s okay to sleep on a little hungry. Doing this is a good indication that fat loss is occurring.
