“Recovery is just as important as the training itself,” Zocchi continued. “That’s why we have both an ice bath and a sauna here. Centr started with an app, but recently expanded its business into physical equipment to capitalize on this burgeoning real estate trend. All of them have been tried and approved by Hemsworth.
“When Chris first started the brand, it was to make the tools and knowledge he had access to during his training available to everyone,” Zocchi continued.
“Expanding into physical equipment was a natural next step, and a home gym is a natural evolution of that process.”
