And on Tuesday, the Fox FM host, 45, showed off her amazing figure and flawless skin as she left a Pilates class in Melbourne.
Fifi looked radiant in a stylish athleisure outfit consisting of an oversized white t-shirt, black exercise pants, and sandals.
The former Neighbors star let her natural beauty shine by ditching makeup and letting her blonde hair grow back.
Fifi couldn’t wipe the smile off her face when she power-walked from an exercise class that has helped her stay slim.
At one point, she had a focused look on her face as she was checking messages on her cell phone.
Fifi has openly spoken about her past diet struggles, revealing that she lost 15 kilograms after giving birth to her first child in 2013.
The radio star said she’s a self-confessed sugar addict and goes on a “yo-yo diet,” but having children meant she needed to take her health seriously.
In 2020, the Hit Network presenter revealed how she was brutally fat after giving birth in 2019.
She told Fox FM’s breakfast show that she “had a hard time keeping the baby off” but was dragging her off the couch for walks.
Fifi then said she came across a familiar face who made an off-color remark.
