Feel sleepy in afternoon? Kareena Kapoor’s nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar shares 2 things to include in your lunch | Health

Actor Karina Kapoor and longtime celebrity nutritionist Rujta Diwekal have been sharing two foods that will help them fight the afternoon recession. In an Instagram post on March 12th, she said she could add Ghee and Chutneys to her lunch to avoid becoming “annoyed, sleepy, or tired lunches.” Read again | Shalini Passy shot ghee first thing in the morning.

In her caption, she wrote: Good Old Ghee and Chutney – A small amount of good fats, fiber and micronutrients, but more importantly, diversity and tasty. ”

In a video without a date, she posted from the event, Rujuta explained why, saying in Hindi: An afternoon slump means feeling sleepy after lunch, and without drinking tea or coffee or smoking a cigarette, you will become coma. There are many people who get irritated after lunch… If you don’t want to get irritated after lunch or get tired even if you’re sleepy, these are two things you should have at lunch. ”

Why should you eat ghee with lunch?

She added: “The number one is ghee. That’s very good for you and your health. You have vitamin D and B12 deficiency. You need ghee in your diet. Over a period of time, you’re getting fat, people who feel they have thyroid problems, or who have pigmented skin or suffer from constipation, you’ll need ghee for lunch. So add at least a teaspoon of ghee to your lunch.”

Don’t forget to include chutney in your lunch

Lujta adds, “It’s one of the things you need to do and the second thing that needs to be part of your lunch is all kinds of chutneys, even if they are made of curry leaves, coconut, dal and flaxseed. There are plenty of chutneys that are part of our collective Indian cuisine. So these chutneys are good for you.”
