Family Dollar Advil recall issued for product shipped to some stores

Family Dollar has initiated a recall of Advil products shipped to certain stores because the products have been stored outside of their labeled temperature requirements.

This product shipped from approximately June 1, 2022 to approximately March 31, 2022. Reported by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration Thursday.

A voluntary product recall of an over-the-counter drug is due to the product being stored by Family Dollar outside of the indicated temperature requirements.

As of Thursday, the FDA reported that Family Dollar was not aware of any consumer complaints or reports of illness due to the recall.
