Katie Austin built a social media brand around maintaining an active lifestyle that is healthy, fun and sustainable. She often shares her workout videos and delicious recipes. Instagram When tick tock It has 1.5 million followers on both platforms.
Last summer at Miami Swim Week, Austin spoke with BFF and fellow Rookie of the Year Kristen Harper about how often she works out and how it feels.
“I think I aim for five times a week on average,” the 29-year-old explained. I make it feel good.”
Austin, daughter of fitness icon Denise Austin, made her SI swimsuit debut Last year after being discovered through the SI Swim Search program 2021.
“It gives me a lot of energy, especially when I’m really tired,” she continued. “Like this morning, I didn’t want to work out, but it gives me energy and a sense of accomplishment. So I love that feeling.”
