It’s an ongoing process and it hasn’t been easy, but it’s something that has to be worked on over time and if you know someone has mental health issues, see a psychiatrist or , I think you need to go to therapy.Make sure you can make certain changes. Personally, I’ve done all of this and surrounded myself with people who truly care about me. Don’t judge based on that fact alone. I gave myself enough time and kept myself busy doing things outside of my profession, such as praying, painting, and reading, but because I can do them, You can calm down.
