What is Evening Primrose Oil?

This is a natural oil extracted from the seeds of the Oenothera plant, also known as evening primrose. This plant is native to North America and is named after the small yellow flowers that bloom in the evening. This oil is produced from the seeds using a cold-pressing method and contains high concentrations of important fatty acids, such as gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), according to a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. This oil is also an effective anti-aging ingredient thanks to its GLA content, which improves skin suppleness and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. 1. Evening primrose and coconut oil mask

material:

-1 tablespoon evening primrose oil
-1 tablespoon coconut oil
-Jade Roller

1. Pour both oils into the palms of your hands and rub your hands together to mix.
3. Massage onto face and neck.
4. Use the jade roller to gently massage your face.

material:

-1 tablespoon evening primrose oil
-1 tablespoon jojoba oil
-Jade Roller

Method:

1. Mix 1 tablespoon each of evening primrose oil and jojoba oil.
2. Gently massage the oil mixture onto your face and neck.
3. You can also use a jade roller to gently massage your face.
4. Massage the oil into the skin until it dissolves.
