Molly Qerim, one of ESPN’s hosts, is passionate about both sports and health. A few weeks ago, she posted a photo of herself on a tennis court with the caption, “tennis szn.” As well as her love for tennis, Qerim maintains a healthy lifestyle that includes a Mediterranean-based diet, regular morning workouts, and mindful health habits due to her battle with endometriosis. From boxing to squats, her fitness routine helps her stay in shape, and her focus on self-care keeps her energized for her demanding on-air role.

Kerim follows a healthy diet, something she spoke about in an interview. Endo-san found. “I rarely drink alcohol. I’ll have a little Prosecco if there’s a celebration, but I rarely drink alcohol or sugar. I wake up at 5am so I haven’t been able to completely cut out caffeine. Don’t get me wrong – I love eating out. I’m a total foodie, but I try to eat at home. I was brought up on a Mediterranean diet, which is also anti-inflammatory – lots of fruit, vegetables, meat and unprocessed foods.”

Kerim has endometriosis, which means she has to keep her routine consistent. “I try to get good sleep – eight hours a night, cut out alcohol and sugar, and get acupuncture once a week,” she told Endo Found. “Exercise, meditation – all of these things I do to keep inflammation down and keep me ‘on’.” [on-air] When the lights come on, I have to get to work. When I’m on morning TV, people want to see happy, positive people, but my job is 24/7. So on my days off, I’ve started to focus more on taking care of myself than on other things I would normally do on the weekend. Sometimes I can’t leave the house on the weekend. Or sometimes I come to work and go to bed as soon as I’m done. It’s the ups and downs of having a chronic illness. It can be frustrating because you feel really good for a while and then all of a sudden you’re like, ‘Oh no! Again.’ So it’s like my body is always naturally controlling me. It’s almost become a second job.”

Kerim makes sure to exercise regularly. Due to his busy schedule, his workouts need to be done in the morning. Kerim said: This photo collection She took to Instagram and talked about her training schedule in the caption. How much better would your day be if you exercised in the morning?! It’s a game changer.”

Kerim likes boxing to keep in shape. This video Posting a photo of himself sparring in the gym on Instagram, Kerim captioned the post:Anyone else trying to get in shape for summer? What’s your favorite workout? Any tips for clean eating? Because your girlfriend can eat 😋”

Kerim also enjoys doing squats to stay in shape. This video She posted a photo of herself doing squats with a weighted ball on Instagram. Allina Health Squats have been reported to have many benefits: “Squats are one of the best all-around exercises for the lower body. They strengthen and tone the thigh, butt, and calf muscles, and improve posture, balance, flexibility, and core strength. Squats also increase bone density, helping to keep your bones strong.”
