In a new social media post, the ESPN host gives her followers a glimpse into her morning routine, showing off her amazing body in workout clothes. “Putting the finishing touches on The Rundown,” she says in the TikTok clip. Laura does “a lot of natural things” to avoid getting sick: “I have an echinacea and elderberry immunity liquid, which I would recommend to anyone trying to stay healthy and boost their immunity,” she said on the podcast.

“I also like to drink juice to boost my immunity. You can find a lot of juice shops wherever you go. I’m not a whole green juice drinker. I wish I was better at it. But I find that even just having a shot with ginger, lemon, cayenne pepper, etc., even if it’s a bit of a struggle to finish, really helps,” she said.
