In the video, she was seen focusing on her lower body, core, and back with multiple exercises.

She started with a split lunge using a bench as a variation. This workout is a great way to tone the muscles throughout your thighs and legs. It’s also a great way to improve your posture and flexibility.
Next, we moved on to dumbbell rowing. She began her workout after bending her body parallel to the floor. This workout will not only help you strengthen your back, but it will also help you strengthen your core. For better results, you need to keep your core engaged throughout your workout.
She then moved on to variations of sit-ups that focus on proper posture. The actress focused on her core and worked out with a weight plate in hand. In addition to working your leg muscles, weights also help focus your core and other muscles.
