I’ll show you some variations later, but here’s what you need for a basic recipe that most closely mimics the taste of a classic egg roll.

  • Cooking oil – Use your favorite frying oil, such as canola or peanuts.
  • ground pork – The best minced meat for Asian cuisine.
  • vegetable – cabbage and carrots.
  • Aromatic – ginger and garlic.
  • for source – Soy sauce (or liquid amino for keto), rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
