Radhika Gupta, Managing Director and CEO of Edelweiss Asset Management Company (AMC), expressed her views on mental health to X. She wrote how her own life and her perspective changed as she declared herself her “broke-neck girl.”
“Each of us lives two lives. The one in front of the stage – the one where people are watching, the one that is controlled, the one that does not matter. And the one at the back of the stage, where no one What I don’t see, I’m confused, I’m full of heartache, failure and frustration,” Gupta wrote in X (Related article: Edelweiss CEO invests when son turns 6 months old (reveals that he has started)
Additionally, I mentioned two things that may affect you. “Remember: 1. Backstage is normal and never compare your backstage to someone else’s frontstage,” said Gupta. And share your backstage emotions. Never be afraid. 2. As co-workers, friends, and humans, remember that other people have backstage too, and you have no idea how awkward it really is. Try to see the unseen and listen to the unspoken. ”
