The average American finds happiness in the “little things” 57 times a week, according to a new study.

A survey of 2,000 ordinary Americans found that on average, respondents felt happy about small things about eight times a day, totaling just under 60 times a week. Ta.

The study divided respondents into the number of glasses of water they drank per day (less than 1, 1-3, 4-6, 7-9, and 10 or more) and analyzed their overall sense of well-being and mood. I asked various questions regarding. .

The majority of respondents said they drank 4-6 glasses of water a day (37%), followed by 36% who said they drank 1-3 glasses of water a day.

Among those who drank the most water (more than 10 glasses a day), 80% said finding happiness in the little things was very important, compared to those who drank less than 1 glass a day. It was 48%.

Thirty-one percent of respondents said they make sure to eat enough to avoid being “hungry,” and 30% said they take walks.

Additionally, 46% of those who consumed the most water said they were very satisfied, compared to only 22% of those who consumed the least amount of water.

People who increased their water intake were also more likely to describe themselves as “half-full” types.

Thirty-eight percent of respondents who drank less than one glass per day said this, compared to 71% of those who drank seven or more drinks per day.

“It’s no surprise that there is a correlation between hydration and feelings of well-being,” said Heidi Carney, executive vice president of marketing at True Lemon. “The health benefits of drinking enough water throughout the day are well-documented. Less than half of respondents say they drink less than one glass of water per day.

More than two in five people (43%) think water tastes boring.

Furthermore, half of those who drink less than one glass of water a day strongly agreed, compared to just 11% of those who drink seven to nine glasses of water a day.

To stay hydrated throughout the day, 39% say they carry water with them everywhere they go and drink water first thing in the morning, and 25% say they aim to drink water throughout the day .

61% of people who drink 10 or more glasses of water a day said they use water additives, such as drink mixes or powders, compared to 59% of those who drink the least amount of water. I answered.
