Even on Sundays, when everyone thinks about how to take a break from the gym, the actress is careful not to deviate from her own schedule. She recently posted a few photos on her Instagram story and listed her major fitness goals. Fitness coach Rajendra Dhole approved of her workout efforts and wrote, “Disha Patani khud bhi off nahi reti aur mujhe bhi off nahi deti (Disha Patani (He doesn’t even take days off, and he doesn’t let me take breaks either.)” he jokingly claimed. In her photo, Maran The actress showed off her core strength during weightlifting exercises. Lifting heavy equipment on her shoulders, which may seem delicate, Disha effortlessly performed the strength training aerobics routine, proving that she is no stranger to such difficult workouts. Earlier, Disha Patani posted another seemingly impossible video on Instagram giving a sneak peek of her workout regimen. She pulled off a “buttery” smooth backflip, landing straight on her feet. The task may seem difficult to us, but Disha has made this stunt look like a cakewalk. But since Perfect was her middle name, the actress wished “this one would feel more like butter,” she said. In the clip, the songstress performs a seamless circular motion while maintaining her balance while standing on the edge of a raised platform, then regains her stance once she hits her floor.

Who said Disha Patani doesn’t like sweets and candies? But before you can taste the magic of the dessert, the actress gets paid first. how? By attending boxing sessions. Yes, that’s right. In another page of her fitness diary, the Bollywood star showed off her fierce and aggressive moves through boxing. Wearing blue gloves, she indulged in activities with her fitness coach and literally worked up a sweat. Boxing is a great workout that helps tone and strengthen your arm muscles. Disha’s toned physique proves just that.
