Nutritionist Richa Gangani lost 7 kg in 21 days by following an anti-inflammatory diet and intermittent fasting. She revealed her weight loss plan in a post.
Richa Gangani, a nutritionist and weight loss expert, often shares her weight loss journey on Instagram. The nutritionist lost around 45 kg during her transformation journey. In a new video, she revealed that she went on an anti-inflammatory diet and intermittent fasting to lose weight, which helped her lose 7kg and 3 inches in just 21 days.

How to lose 7 kg in 21 days?
Richa shared her diet plan in a video titled, “My anti-inflammatory diet that helped me lose 7 kg in 21 days”. She captioned it, “I lost 7 kg in 21 days by doing anti-inflammatory intermittent fasting. This is what I ate in a day for weight loss and glowing skin.” I posted a clip. My weight went from 63kg to 56kg, my inflammation went away, and my skin is the best” According to the caption, this meal plan not only helped the nutritionist lose a few centimeters and kilos, but also made her healthy and healthy. It also helped her get glowing skin.
Richa’s weight at the start of the diet was approximately 63 kg. By consistently following the meal plan, her weight dropped to 56 kg. watch video here.

Richa recorded in detail the time of each meal and what she ate in her planner. According to the nutritionist, she started eating at 11 a.m. and finished eating by 7 p.m. “I adhere to 16-hour fasting and 8-hour eating schedules. I have seen amazing results with intermittent fasting,” she added.
- Morning drink (9am): Anti-inflammatory tea for weight loss and gut health.
- Breakfast (11am): 3 egg white omelettes with antioxidant-rich spinach and mushrooms.
- Snack (1pm): 1 sliced apple and peanut butter.
- Lunch (3pm): 30 grams of white matar/chana masala, 30 grams of brown rice, and 100 grams of steamed broccoli.
- Post-workout meal (5 p.m.): 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg, including yolk, and a protein shake.
- Dinner (7pm): High protein pea and spinach soup with sliced almonds.
- After-meal drink (8pm): Anti-bloating tea to reduce swelling.
According to a paper published by Harvard University, one of the best ways to reduce inflammation is in your refrigerator, not your medicine cabinet. By following an anti-inflammatory diet, you can permanently fight off inflammation.
