The fitness guru smiled in the sunny day Instagram post. “Have a nice Sunday everyone!!!” Austin captioned the photo. “What’s your favorite outdoor activity?? I love anything I can do on the beach!! This is my favorite method. Have a nice weekend everyone!! XO XO.”

This video focuses on low-impact aerobic exercises, such as step touches and zero-gravity bicep curls, that are easy on the joints. “I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, cardio is so important no matter what your age,” she wrote in the caption. “If you have problems with your knees or lower back, we have a great cardio workout that won’t strain your joints. This new easy low impact but high energy workout is amazing!!”
