Workout guru Dennis Austin says he feels just as fit as he did in his 20s.
In a post shared this weekend, the fitness icon wore the exact same pink swimsuit she modeled for in the 1990s.
She looked phenomenal in both images, so she was on the beach with her blonde hair down – in her 30s on the left and in her 60s on the right.
The star, who was seen making margaritas at Cinco de Mayo, is just as confident in her looks as she was 30 years ago.
‘oh! ! What a wonderful memory to look back on! She started doing Instagram captions.
“This then and now brings back such nostalgia,” added the California resident.
I wore this suit while filming a TV show in the ’90s!
“How many of you remember seeing it? I still feel as confident and fit as I used to, and this suit reminds me of how far I’ve come.” I love giving!”
Austin then commented, “Long live baby!! Thank you for always supporting me.. then and now!!!! xoxo.”
The exercise queen spoke to DailyMail.com about her figure last year.
The slim star tells DailyMail.com that one way to maintain a flat belly is to skip “sugar substitutes.”
She said women over the age of 50 should try different foods.
“Our 50s are a difficult time to stick to a regular schedule, so eat fiber-rich whole grains along with other fiber-rich foods like beans, legumes, broccoli, berries, and avocados. Let’s start incorporating it,” she said.
She also recommends foods that fight inflammation. “Adding turmeric, salmon, olive her oil, and even dark her chocolate can help minimize inflammation. It also helps promote
And her final tip is to consume plant-based protein. Think meatless bean chili, lentils in salads, or fajitas with tofu instead of steak.
As for food, she told DailyMail.com that she is mindful of what she eats, but keeps it delicious.
“I eat in small portions,” Denise told DailyMail.com.
“I cook very healthy food for my family. We have lots of salads, chicken tacos, veggie lasagna, and low-cheese casseroles.
But she doesn’t always pay attention.
She mentions the popular 80/20 diet method that allows for cheat days. Some of the things she likes to cheat on: carbs and sugar.
And she also talked about working out.
The exercise advocate’s answer to fighting bloat is to take baby steps.
“I’ve been doing this for 40 years and I’m not a fitness fanatic,” she quickly explained in an interview. “But I am consistent.”
That means exercising in some form every day.
“If you can do 10-minute workouts at a time three times a day, you’ve worked out 30 minutes a day,” says Hoshi.
And she added that it’s important to keep moving throughout the day: “It’s all about blood circulation and movement. When I’m watching TV, I even get up to flow and walk in place.”
It sounds like smart math and is an easy way to indulge in exercise.
“Consistency pays off,” added the amiable pin-up who is very active on Instagram.
