Debbie emphasizes the importance of self-care. “I think everyone’s on a journey. Everyone has an edge that they’re trying to suppress. But one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that I can’t be a people pleaser anymore. So it’s okay to say, ‘Let’s have a day of self-care,'” she explained to The New York Times.
