Amla: Amla helps rebuild and develop connective tissue, keeping teeth healthy, strong and germ-free. To use amla for teeth and gums, consume 1 teaspoon of amla powder daily for long-term oral health benefits. (Remove Splash)


Clove: Clove oil contains eugenol, which has healing properties. Calms the nerves in your teeth. Bite a few cloves from the problem tooth area and work the oil into the affected area. (Pixabay)

Turmeric: Mix finely ground turmeric with mustard oil to form a paste and apply to the affected area. Turmeric has antibacterial properties that help prevent tooth decay and reduce tooth pain.
