And David Beckham gave fans another glimpse of his incredible stamina by completing a 30-minute workout as part of the International Olympic Committee’s new campaign for Olympic Day.

The 48-year-old footballer shared a video of his latest exercise on Instagram in honor of the Let’s Move campaign, which aims to encourage people to make time for physical activity each day.

Dressed in black sportswear, David worked out his arms using battle ropes while training in his garden.
