Fitness instructor Katia Price shared how she teaches training classes in revealing, toning workout clothes while hiding her growing belly during pregnancy.
New York City exercise guru, 39 @katia_dancebody on Instagrama recent video post began with a clip of her heading to class while dancing energetically in a crop top and leggings that exposed her abs.
The text, “Look at me trying to hide my pregnancy when this is how I make a living,” is superimposed over the 47-second video.
Then a real montage unfolds where Katya leads classes at intervals of 1 and 2 weeks, starting at ‘7th week of pregnancy’ and ending at ’21st week’.
Describing her strategy at 14 weeks, she captioned it, quipped: “I thought the shirt around her waist was a good cover,” she said.
‘[T]It’s perfect for a bodysuit,” she declared of her Week 16 look.
‘[A]And now it’s a baggy t-shirt,” she wrote of her Week 17 effort.
In the final clip, we see Katya taking off her red down jacket while doing a “big reveal” of the class she was teaching at the time.

She continued, “I tried to be creative with my workout clothes… some days it worked, some days it didn’t!”
“I couldn’t be happier to finally be able to talk freely about this much-desired pregnancy,” she concluded.
She included a disclaimer that pregnant women should check with their healthcare provider about starting any new exercise regimen during pregnancy.
Katya adds, “As a rule of thumb, anything you consistently do three months before conception should be fine during pregnancy.”
Comments on the video were flooded with comments criticizing small business owners who have embraced pregnancy since she broke the news to her nearly 100,000 Instagram followers and students.
Some joked, “He’ll do cool moves.”
Another woman cautioned in impartiality, writing, “It’s okay for someone in the early stages of pregnancy who can hardly get out of bed and is about to die of nausea.”
“I was very active during my first pregnancy. During my second pregnancy I felt like I was hit by a truck!”
