Robert C. Orr, MD, MPH

Dr. Robert C. Orr is a family physician with a Certificate of Additional Qualification (CAQ) in Sports Medicine. He earned his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, and completed his family medicine residency at DeWitt Army Community Hospital at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Mr. Oh then completed a faculty development fellowship at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington, and earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree at the University of Washington in Seattle. He has held leadership and academic positions as associate program director, program director, director of family medicine, and chief medical officer. He has over 20 years of clinical and educational experience. After completing a sports medicine fellowship at the National Capital Military Consortium in Bethesda, Maryland in 2014, Mr. Orr was handpicked to be a physician leader for the U.S. Army’s health performance and optimization initiative, Performance Triad, from 2014 to 2016. It was done. . He retired after 22 years of military service, including two years of operational and combat experience in Kosovo and Iraq for Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn. In 2020, he was selected as VA Puget Sound’s Deputy Chief of Staff for Education, where he was responsible for more than 1,500 health professions trainees annually. In her new role as Chief Clinician Wellbeing Officer, she is the strategic leader supporting the Reducing Burnout and Optimizing Organizational Thrives (REBOOT) program at the VA in Palo Alto, California.

Rich Froning, BS (EXE), 10-time CrossFit Games Champion

Rich Froning is the proud owner of Rich Froning Fitness, LLC and works at Mayhem Fitness. Froning is well known in the CrossFit community for winning the CrossFit Games individual championship four times in a row (2011-2014) and for being named the “Fittest Man of All Time.” Froning also won the global CrossFit Open three years in a row (2012-2014), and after retiring from individual competition after the 2014 season, he served as captain of his team, CrossFit Mayhem Freedom. In 2015, they won the Affiliate Cup in a row. From 2016 and 2018 to 2022, they won the Affiliate Cup a total of six times, spanning four consecutive years. Froning earned a degree in kinesiology and exercise science from Tennessee Tech University and currently resides in Tennessee with his wife and three children.

Caity Matter Henniger, CSO, Rogue Fitness

Caity Matter Henniger currently serves as Chief Sales Officer at Rogue Fitness. Heniger is a member of Rogue’s founding group and has played an integral role in building Rogue into what it is today since 2007. She oversees a team of 700 people, growing the Rogue Fitness brand and maintaining its reputation as a leading fitness equipment manufacturer. Heniger is an avid CrossFit athlete, most notably winning the 2008 CrossFit Games. She was the director of the Rogue Invitational, attended hundreds of CrossFit events, and covered the games as a broadcaster for ESPN3.com. Hennigar is a proud resident of Columbus, Ohio and is a graduate of The Ohio State University. A longtime athlete, she played guard for the Ohio State Buckeye women’s basketball team and played two years in the WNBA. She currently lives in Columbus with her husband and Rogue Fitness founder Bill.
