Chris Pratt Hits the Gym to Tackle the ‘December Fats’

It’s a new year, and a new fitness routine for Chris Pratt. He revealed that he took a break from working out in December and returned to the gym.

In a follow-up post, Pratt wrote, “I want to apologize for feeling weak in that moment when I encouraged you to quit. I actually finished the workout. It took 26 minutes.”

“It makes your day better,” he said. “One day at a time. My day will get better, and I hope yours will get better too. Don’t quit.”
