CHILD bodybuilders who started competing at the age of 16 are indistinguishable these days.
Martin Miller started lifting weights, working out and dieting when he was just 12 years old.
Started competing at the age of 16 and participated in competitions until the age of 20.
In 2018, he won the NPC Men’s Physique overall and qualified for the national competition, but has since stopped competing.
