When it comes to kosher pizza in Chicago, Tel Aviv Pizza is famous for being one of the oldest kosher restaurants in Chicago. However, the owners closed their store at 6349 N. California Ave. in the heart of West Rogers Park and decided it was time to rebrand when a new location opened.
tel aviv slice We have officially opened our new location in a strip center near the Peterson Park area. In addition to a new name, the new restaurant will also offer extended breakfast and brunch.
This pizzeria offers pizza dough balls, soups, and salads, as well as specialty pizzas such as New York-style deep-dish cheese and tortillas. The current brunch menu includes omelets, shakshuka and pancakes, as well as Joe’s Out to Lunch special, which includes three fried eggs, a salad and a slide of sourdough bread with guacamole.
The new store is Cholov Yisroel, which is certified kosher by the CRC, and is located at 3517 W. Devon Ave. Business hours are Sunday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
