“I always start with an incline because I want to work my upper pectoral muscles more. I like to walk up a much steeper slope than most people.

Most people like people under 45 [degrees] Because while they have more power and can push more, they’re not really working that upper pectoral muscle. The top needs to be a little higher for it to work. ”

This angle acknowledges that the shoulders are affected, but emphasizes that the upper pectoral muscles are effectively stimulated.

“Of course you’re going to be working your shoulders, but the important thing is that you’re really working the upper pecs, and if you do it right, you can build muscle all the way from here.” [the chest] Low and behold, you work here [lower on the pec line].
