Fitness star Kayla Isines shares a ‘weird’ pregnancy symptom she’s never experienced before.
The 31-year-old from Adelaide, who is 25 weeks pregnant, claims to have had an “allergic reaction” to gel nails. This is a symptom reported by many other pregnant women who have developed sensitive skin during pregnancy.

Kayla, a mom of one, shared a video of her bruised nails on her Instagram story and said she’ll have to wait until after she’s pregnant.

“How bad is this!!!” I had the best nails I’d ever done with gel, but they all had an “allergic” reaction, so I had to turn them all off. .
“They were way worse than this. Pregnancy is weird. No Hailey Bieber nails. For good nails, wait until after the pregnancy.”
She also shared an image of what her nails looked like when she painted them just before the reaction occurred.
“So that’s what happened to my bizarre pregnancy this month,” she wrote.
