Brittany Mahomes recently got candid about her fitness secrets and offered some insight into how she prepped for SI Swimsuit in one week.
Mahomes said the secret to staying in shape is “consistency” and talking about looking “chic” when the time comes.
The former footballer gave an inside look at how he felt great after being given “literally a week’s notice” before taking up the modelling job.
Brittany revealed how she managed to get things done last minute, sharing her incredible journey with her followers on Instagram on May 30.
She wrote in the caption, “I always preach that hitting the gym and nourishing your body well will help you look your best all year round, not just during swimsuit season!”
Brittany, on the other hand, prides herself on her “simple but effective leg day workout,” which includes lots of single-leg deadlifts, pause squats, curtsy lunges and banded hip thrusts.
Speaking exclusively Eh! News Earlier this month, Brittany said she believes continuity is “closely tied” to personal health.
She explained that her fitness mindset helped her recover quickly from the fracture.
“I’m finally fully recovered and back to doing all the things I used to do,” Brittany said.
